Delivery Driver ( Full Time)

Job Description:

Delivery Driver employee (FULLTIME) For the Rental Location in Canton Ohio 44706

  • A local driver role with steady hours. Home daily. CDL required.

  • Deliver and pick up various equipment and supplies to customer worksite. This driver role operates a vehicle that has a gross weight of more than 26,000 pounds in various driving conditions, including construction zones. CDL required.

  • Education or experience that prepares you for success:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively with customers.

  • Valid Driver’s license with satisfactory driving record

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

  • Ability to operate delivery vehicle safely in variety of driving situations & conditions.

  • Detail orientation to ensure timely, accurate paperwork.

  • Must pass DOT physical yearly. DISA background check and pre-employment drug screening and done randomly.

 

Responsibilities

  • Transporting, delivering, and retrieving construction equipment with 3 years’ experience min.

  • Operating a commercial vehicle in safe and efficient manner

  • Promote professionalism and excellent customer service attitude.

  • Perform pre and post vehicle inspection.

  • Mainly will drive a newer day cab with Automatic transmission with a newer Landoll equipment trailer hauling equipment for local rentals.

  • When driving isn’t needed some light duty shop work, touching up equipment, keeping truck clean and keeping it maintained. Keeping rental yard clean and organized.

Attendance is very important.

  • The normal hours are 6:00 to 2:30. Monday through Friday. 40 hours per week minimum. Overtime will be needed dictated by our customers’ needs. Minimal Overtime hours weekly are normal.

 

All drivers are on call for after-hour emergency orders in a rotation. Overtime with min. hours is paid for afterhours. Weekdays and weekends. Very low demand for afterhours but does happen.

Pay is based on experience.

  • Salary: $50,000.00+ per year. Pending Experience and Overtime

Industrial Piping Project Manager/Estimator (Union Projects)

Job Description:

  • We are actively seeking a Project Manager/Estimator with proven experience in union-based industrial piping projects. This role is a blend of field-savvy project management and sharp, detail-oriented estimating—ideal for someone who understands how to navigate labor agreements, manage union crews effectively, and deliver results in fast-paced industrial environments.

  • The right candidate brings deep knowledge of piping systems and union construction protocols, and can confidently take a job from bid to final billing while ensuring safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.​

Estimating:

  • Perform takeoffs and develop competitive, accurate estimates for union industrial piping projects.

  • Interpret blueprints, specs, and labor scopes within the framework of local union agreements.

  • Obtain pricing from union subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

  • Prepare and submit formal proposals and bid packages on time.

  • Conduct site walks and attend pre-bid meetings as needed.

Project Management:

  • Oversee awarded projects from mobilization through closeout.

  • Coordinate with union hall dispatches and manage labor per CBA requirements.

  • Maintain accurate project schedules, manpower planning, and cost tracking.

  • Interface daily with superintendents, foremen, and union craft personnel.

  • Ensure strict compliance with safety policies, project specs, and labor contracts.

  • Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and billing.

  • Conduct regular progress meetings and maintain strong client communication.

Sales:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.

  • Work with Division Manager and Business Development Manager to expand the business.

  • Input customer information, leads, contacts, opportunities into the CRM.

  • Work with the other divisions on cross-selling opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial piping with a strong background in union labor projects.

  • Solid knowledge of piping systems, fabrication/installation, and OSHA safety standards.

  • Familiarity with local union CBAs and practices (pipefitters, welders, laborers, etc.).

  • Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Excel).

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, P&IDs, and technical documentation.

  • Exceptional communication, scheduling, and organizational skills.

  • Must be comfortable both in the field and in client-facing meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on union projects in industries such as heavy industrial, manufacturing, food & beverage, or pharmaceutical.

  • Background in mechanical or construction management.

  • Working knowledge of tools such as MS 365, ERP systems.

  • Strong client relationships and repeat work based on execution and reliability.

Service Technician – Field/Shop (Full Time)

Job Description:

​

  • The candidate will service, repair, and inspect various types of lifts.

  • Aerial equipment technician who is familiar with JLG equipment or similar (boom lift, scissor lift, reach forklift) in our Union shop.

  • You must have your own tools (monthly company tool allowance).

  • This is a Field/Shop position, there are service calls on job sites that are required during normal hours and minimal during after-hours.

  • Starting pay and benefits are based on union scale for experience, as this position will ultimately require union membership (if not already a member). 

  • Background checks and drug screens are both required and done at random.

  • Valid driver's license with DOT Physical Card. ​

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills 

  • Effective oral and written communication skills 

  • Attention to detail, Dependability, Thoroughness and verbal communication. 

  • Knowledge of various man lifts and large forklifts, – hydraulic, electrical, diesel engine mechanics.

  • Strong hydraulic, electrical background and Welding Experience is a plus.

  • Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

  • Capability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.

  • 5 years’ minimum of experience preferred.

  • Shop Service experience required. 

  • Duties include receiving calls from customers and repairing the equipment for delivery
    Hours are 5-8’s 7:30-4:00 M-F or 4x10’s 6:00-4:30. Pending workflow.
